Getting Started
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account using this Login link.

We serve all the Tampa Bay Area along with Orlando Metro area and Miami fl. If you’re not sure give us a call.

Our standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Our cleaners use 

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home or apartment. Once your selections are made, the price is shown instantly on the website. For Apartment Common Areas and Commercial spaces, our representatives will contact you to evaluate and discuss your cleaning needs so as to give you an accurate quote. We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests, we would be happy to accommodate you. Please let us know if you would prefer using specific products (customer-supplied).

Absolutely! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Princing & Policies
Please note that your service time may be given as a time range, this arrival window allows us to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises.

You can help a friend referring they to Zauli Maids. You both get a discount in the next cleaning. Log into your account and get your referral id. Share this with friends. If a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $50 discount and you earn a $50 referral reward that can be applied to future service. We always appreciate it when you “Spread the Love” by referring us to others.

Log into your account from the Login button on the home page menu and you will see any outstanding gift cards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.
Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can Login into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future services. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you need more help.

In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.
Manage Your Account

Our Login process is quick and easy. You can login by simply clicking Login from the home page menu. Once you provide your email and password, you are all set to track your Booking, Reschedule, Manage Add-ons, Help and more.

You can submit a password change request on the customer Login page at https://zaulimaids.launch27.com/login/ by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link.

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

Log into your account at https://zaulimaids.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
Trust & Safety

All of our cleaning staff are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Zauli Maids approved cleaner. Our cleaners go through full in-house training, are insured and bonded.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.
Yes all of our Cleaners do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our employee pre-screening process.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends and family, we’ll offer you a full refund.
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send our Cleaners out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we will offer a full refund.
